Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Athletic Training Center website and mobile app, operated by Eric Archuleta, LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

We provide athletic training and recovery services and the tools to book appointments, follow plans of care, and track progress. Service availability, pricing, and offerings may change.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may update your profile or delete your account at any time in the app.

Bookings & cancellations

You can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments through the app. Please arrive on time and give reasonable notice for changes. Payment for services is handled at the practice unless stated otherwise.

Store purchases, shipping & refunds

Products in our online shop are sold by ATC and paid for through Square’s secure checkout; we never see or store your card details. The full price, any tax, and any shipping charge are shown before you pay.

• Standard shipping is $6.95 per order. Local pickup at 2420 Comanche Rd NE, Suite H-5, Albuquerque, NM 87107 is free; contact ATC to arrange collection before visiting. Choose your delivery method at checkout.
• New Mexico gross receipts tax is calculated for the delivery or pickup location, including taxable shipping, and shown separately before payment.
• Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For your safety, opened supplements can’t be returned. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
• To start a return or ask about an order, email earchuletaatc@gmail.com with your order number.

Medical disclaimer

Our services support injury prevention, recovery, and performance, and are not emergency medical care or a substitute for advice from your physician. Consult a qualified provider before starting any program, and call 911 in an emergency. Individual results vary.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them unlawfully or on behalf of someone else without authorization.

Intellectual property

The Athletic Training Center name, brand, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
